Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Serviceable Locations

We deliver to most pin codes across India, including metro cities, towns, and many rural areas. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or via email.

Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your package on the courier partner’s website or our [Order Tracking Page].

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD Available: Yes, for select locations.
  • COD Limit: Available for eligible orders only

Note: We reserve the right to cancel COD orders in certain high-risk locations or for frequent return cases.

Delays & Exceptions

While we aim for timely delivery, there may be delays due to:

  • Local lockdowns or transport strikes
  • Natural disasters or extreme weather
    Peak festival seasons (e.g., Diwali, Christmas)
     If your order is significantly delayed, our support team will contact you.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package:

  • Arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Is lost in transit, we will coordinate with our courier partner and either reship or refund your order based on the outcome.
