At Findinghistruth, we strive to ensure that your experience with us is positive and fulfilling. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is not listed under non-returnable items (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for the return
  • Clear photos (in case of damage or defect)

Refunds

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Refunds for COD Orders

For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. We’ll ask for your preferred payment details once the return is confirmed.

Partial Refunds

In some cases (e.g., damaged packaging or missing items), we may offer a partial refund instead of a full return.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send clear photos of the item and packaging.
     We will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been shipped yet. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery.
